Who is going to mend my taps? Where do I call? How can I get something repaired on a Saturday? When will my boiler be repaired? These are just a few of the questions we hear everyday.

REPAIR CATEGORIES

Repairs are divided into three categories, depending on their urgency. The category your repair falls into will determine how long you may wait for it to be completed.
Emergency Repairs - within 24 hours ( a contractor will call to assess the repair within four hours)
Category A - within seven working days (e.g. minor internal leaks, repairing a fuse box)
Category B - within 28 working days (e.g. broken kitchen units)

REPORTING A REPAIR

Repairs can be reported to us directly by telephone on Freephone 0800 0217115, in writing or by fax, or in person at our Aldershot office.

Once we have 'logged' the repair, in most cases we will send you a repair receipt giving you details of who will carry out the work, the job number, and when we hope the work will be completed. If you have any questions about the repair, please quote the job number in any email, letters or when you telephone. This will help us trace the job quickly.
