Supported Housing
Every community includes vulnerable people who need housing services designed to provide different levels of support. Some may need help to develop the necessary skills for independent living. Others may need accommodation designed or adapted to their care needs.
The move to independence can be a difficult step to take for those living in residential care or at home with their families. Pavilion's Supported Housing staff work in close partnership with other community agencies to ensure that tenants requiring a higher level of support receive the specific help and assistance they need to live independent lives.
Pavilion provides both shared and self-contained accommodation for individuals who have been identified by Social Services as needing our Supported housing. As the landlord we provide and manage good-quality and affordable properties, supported by services from care, education and health providers. We also lease several properties to external agencies for them to manage independently.
